Data we collect

The only form on this site that collects data is the booking request on the Book page. It collects the suite selected, the rate plan, the dates, the number of guests, your name and email address (required), and your phone number and any special requests (optional). The site asks for no other data and does not create accounts. In this preview version the request is not transmitted or stored: the data stays in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed to answer your booking request, check availability and confirm the final rate. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where analytics cookies are enabled, the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Recipients and retention

Once the site is published, your request will be delivered to the property and kept for as long as is needed to handle it: the recipient, the hosting provider and the retention period are [recipient and retention period to be confirmed]. Concierge assistant
